I use a ajustable computer chair and lower it down even with the bowl .It is so much easier to empty and clean .

You are good at this being so tall and all.,. I,m short 80 and ridden with arthritis ,sciatic nerve problems.. it,s not so easy for me..having an ostomy for 5 years now.. but,we don,t have a choice do we??,we must deal with it, but never really accept it. For me it,s a crippling situation..you can,t actually ask someone to clean your mess. I wish you well young man, you did a great job explaining. Élise....

At the end, it says you can also wear it over the appliance. It looks like nearly the entire bag would be under the belt. What kind of a person would be able to do that without compromising the tension of the belt to be a little bit too loose so you’re not smashing the bag? Or is it that you can technically wear it under the belt but good luck with that??
